Considering shopping with The Brewer’s Market but want to get to know us a bit better before you take the plunge? Well, you’ve come to the right place. Listed below are our policies and procedures. We hope you’ll find everything you need and if you don’t, please contact us.

 

Shipping and Delivery


Shipping can be expensive, we know. That is especially true when it comes to shipping in Canada. So with that said, here is the legal content that details how you’ll receive any packages shipped by The Brewer’s Market. We ship anywhere in Canada using Canada Post, they have the best pricing and the fastest service… who knew? All recipes and mix kits are prepared by our (home) Brewmaster and are made to order. Please allow 5-7 days between ordering and shipping. We do our very best to get most products out the door within three days, but sometimes life happens. The very last detail about shipping is that The Brewer’s Market is not responsible for delayed or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

 

Returns


We do our best to be easy going about this, after all, you share our love of beer! Here is the deal: if you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, send it back to us in the same condition it was received, with all original and unopened packaging. We will give you your money back, no fuss, no muss. That is basically it, aside from a few processes our accountant requires us to go through.

To request a refund, email us at support@thebrewersmarket.com within 3 days of receiving your order, let us know why you’re unhappy and we’ll give you a return number and our return address.

Finally, we ask that you pack the product and ship it carefully (don’t forget to include your return number). The product must arrive in the same condition as when we shipped it.

Simple as that!

 

Replacements


What happens if your product arrives with a problem? While we are in the business of beer, our focus is customer service. Our goal is to deliver a little chunk of happiness in each box. If you’ve got any issues with your product (broken growler, broken thermometer, moose ate your mix), send an email to support@thebrewersmarket.com and we will do our very best to make it right as quickly as possible.

 

Taxes


You knew this was coming, didn’t you? Here is how the tax situation works when you order at The Brewer’s Market. Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be charged for all orders shipped to a Canadian address. Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) will be charged to residents of Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland.

For US bound orders, we charge no additional taxes or duties, but as with all cross-border shipping you may be charged duties when your product crosses the border. That is completely out of our control, and we promise to declare our items as gifts for the US so that may help.

 

Privacy and Security


Visitors to this site are not required to reveal any personal information, however, we do collect personal information when ordering or registering. The privacy of our customers is extremely important to everyone at The Brewer’s Market. We never sell your personal information to third parties. Our site has specific security measures in place to safe guard your information from loss, misuse and unauthorized alternation.

 

Social Responsibility


We love this beautiful planet and we hope that you do too! You will notice that your kit may arrive in a recycled box, and the packing may also be recycled stuff. Packaging isn’t where we focus on the quality of the product, we are relentlessly laser focused on the quality of the beer. So do us a favour and recycle your packaging, and resuse those plastic bags we know you’ve got a collection of in the kitchen.
